3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Service without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of case data. Court records may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify information with the relevant county court before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpsetBid.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
