User Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and any personal data we hold about you. This page explains what data we store and how to request its removal.

What Data We Store

Your email address and display name from your sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, or email link).
Your subscription status and payment history (processed by Stripe; card details are never stored by us).
Alert preferences and saved case notifications you have opted into.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Upon receiving your request we will:

Delete your Firebase authentication account.
Remove your email address and profile data from our database.
Cancel any active subscription (no further charges will be made).
Send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Residual Data

Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics and financial transaction records required for legal and tax purposes may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable law, but these records will not be linked to your identity.

Facebook-Connected Accounts

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also manage connected apps and revoke access directly from your Facebook App Settings. Revoking access there will prevent future logins but does not automatically delete data already stored by us — please also send a deletion request to the email above.
